Notice of Annual General Meeting 2014.

Notice is hereby given that the 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Marden Business Forum will be held in the Boardroom at Claygate Distribution Ltd, Pattenden Lane, TN12 9QJ on 24th April at 6pm:

Agenda:

  1. Apologies for absence.
  2. Consideration of Members present for quorum.
  3. Acceptance of Minutes of the 2013 Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 28thMarch 2013.
  4. Chairman’s report.
  5. Financial report for the year ended 31st March 2014.
  6. Election of the Forum Committee. Please note that all present committee members are prepared to stand for a further term.
  7. AOB. Please notify by email to committee@mardenbusinessforum.com prior to the meeting.
  8. Close meeting.
