A local business has received a phone call from a man saying his name was George Porter and he was calling from the Police to thank them for their donation towards crime prevention. Following the consultation on the Yalding vehicle restriction, the scheme was approved on 22nd January 2014 at a meeting of the Local Maidstone Joint Transportation Board.
